If you have received a voucher from Nick Miners Photography, please read the terms and conditions below. Use of the voucher indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Each voucher can only be used once.
2. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
3. Vouchers can only be used for the goods and/or services specified on each voucher.
4. Vouchers used towards photography lessons can be used as part-payment if more time is needed than identified on the voucher. Please state when booking your lesson if you require more time than the voucher is for.
5. Vouchers used towards photography lessons must be used in a single session; they cannot be used to book multiple sessions on separate dates.
6. The voucher code may also be used to obtain a 15% discount on prints ordered at nickminers.com/prints. Each code may only be used in this way once, and is valid for one year from the voucher’s issue date.
7. Without the express written permission of Nick Miners Photography, it is not permitted to sell, trade or purchase vouchers or voucher codes in any way. This also applies to purchasing vouchers or voucher codes from third parties.
8. Nick Miners Photography reserves the right to discontinue a voucher at any time or to modify any voucher’s terms and conditions.
