Iceland: Ice, water and steam

Thursday, September 16th, 2010

During my recent trip to Iceland I shot some HD video footage, with vague ideas of making a documentary. However it turned out I didn’t get quite enough footage for anything substantial, so I took what I could get (including an interview with Mark) and put together this montage of the three states of water as they are found in Iceland; the icebergs at Jökulsárlón, the water everywhere, and the steam at the hot springs of Krýsuvík.

The Music is by Rökkuró; and you can listen to the whole album (and buy it) at Gogoyoko.

My friend Mark, who came with me to Iceland, has posted his photos of the trip on his website, along with a day-by-day account of the tour. Please go and have a look.
